These almond chia balls make for a delicious snack to keep you going, and are packed with proteins. They are also grain and sugar free. If that doesn’t convince you to give them a try, they are super quick and easy to make!

While preparing these, I may have spent more time eating the batter than actually rolling them into balls – it’s just like cookie dough!
Time: 15 minutes
Difficulty: Easy
Yield: 12 – 15 Balls
Ingredients:
1 Packet Banting Blvd no bake almond and chia ball mix
4 Tbsp Warm Water
2 Tbsp Nut Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
Cocoa Powder
Method:
Mix everything together.
Scoop out some of the mixture using a tablespoon and roll it into balls.
Sprinkle with nuts, cocoa powder, or coconut and put in the fridge to set. We used cocoa powder.
Serve chilled.
Easier than pie, and too delicious for words.
