This Christmas, we are all about making the easiest possible dishes, so that we can spend less time in the kitchen and more time with family.
These buttered brussel sprouts are super easy and quick to make, but taste DIVINE and like they took a lot longer to prepare. They also have a lovely spiced flavour, which is exactly what you want n Christmas.
Yeild: 4 Servings
Time: 20 minutes
300g Brussel sprouts
2 – 3 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp Mixed Spice
1 tsp Cinnamon
Blanch the brussel sprouts in salted water.
In a large pan, melt the butter and add the mixed spice and cinnamon
Add the brussel sprouts and fry until soft and golden.
Serve with your roast and other veggies.
